Massimo Modular gets full DRA Licensing Approval.

The DRA – “Design Review Agency” has given Massimo Modular full approval meeting the Texas Industrialized Building Code. Meeting R1 Hotel / AirBNB, Single Family, and ADU classifications. Massimo Modular has broke the mold when it comes to building standards for Tiny Homes and Prefabricated Homes. DRA reviews all designs, plans, specifications, calculations, compliance control programs, on-site construction documentation or specifications, and other documents as necessary to assure compliance with the mandatory building codes in accordance with the interpretations, instructions, and determinations of the State, City, or County. Massimo Modular has filed its approved plans for quick approval in California, Oregon, Washington, and North Carolina where there are ongoing projects in development with more states to follow in the coming Quarter.
